How do I import a photos library from my external drive back to my Mac and have the photos in albums?
MacBook Pro 15″, macOS 12.1
When I go to copy my Photo Library to my desktop it stops and says "The finder can't complete the operation because some data in 'Super.photoslibrary' can't be read or written. (Error code - 360)
Then when I go to open it on my desk top it has all the photos listed in as how many as the same as on my hard drive but many are blank. On Desk top I have 48GB but, on hard drive there is 86GB. I have my iCloud turned off until I can get this straight. Does this make since?
If you copy the library to the computer and open it with Photos. All the albums will be there. If this is not what you want, let us know.
Yes. It sounds like your library is corrupt. Do you have another backup? What was the format of the external?
