Identity Stolen

Not sure if it would be related to the security issues Apple was having but my identity was stolen around the 1st of August. Never had this happen before but 3 credit card accounts were opened w/o my knowledge. Is apple offering any monitoring services as most companies do with serious issues like this? What a pain !
