My EVO 4 Audio Interface 48V Phantom Power doesn't fit with GarageBand.

My EVO4 is connected via a USB Hub to the Mac or the iPad/iPhone and works pretty well. I just finished a CD Production with two condenser mics recording a piano. The recording was made with Garageband iOS, a 12“ iPad Pro, the Camera Connection Adapter with the Power Plug connected with it and the EVO4 and 2 phantom powerded condensers

If the USB ports have been disabled and a connected device was using too much power, you'll want to start with restarting the computer to re-enable the USB ports.

Shut down or restart your Mac

You can also try these additional steps if the USB ports are still not working:

If an external device isn’t recognized by your Mac and a message says that the device needs more power, the operation can't be completed, or USB Devices Disabled, try these steps:

Disconnect and reconnect the external device to your Mac.

Connect your external device to a different port on your Mac.

If your external device is connected to a USB or Thunderbolt hub, connect your device directly to your Mac. 

If your USB or Thunderbolt hub is self-powered, make sure that it’s connected to an AC adapter. 

If you see USB Devices Disabled on your Mac

If the USB ports still don't work, then you'd want to contact Apple for assistance: Get Support
