Wifi

I am in a hotel in Bulgaria and wen arrived they gave me a WiFi password that last 7 days we are here for 14 so I have been given a new password but it’s not letting me put it in it’s just coming up saying can’t connect. I have Googled it but can’t really understand what I have to do to get it to open to put the password in again
