Keyboard Missing From Screen

When I log in to EBay on iphone13 I am unable to add the text verification code, as no keypad appears on the screen

ipad works no problem. How do I resolve this please?

Keyboard not showing up when prompted When trying to buy an in-app purchase, it asked for the security code, when I tried to enter it, the keyboard doesn’t pop up and I am not able to do anything. Tried restarting the device twice and still hasn’t appeared.
