What if I do not have a Mac can I use a regular computer with iTunes?

Trying to restore my iphone but instructions are saying to use a Mac which I do not have. Can I use a regular computer with iTunes to restore?

If by “regular computer” you mean a Windows based PC, yes. iTunes is available for and supported on Windows 10 and higher.
