Urgent help with my iPhone X

I am having issues with both my WiFi and Bluetooth. My Wifi icon is grayed out and with a dash across (see images). My bluetooth is blue when you swipe up however when I go into the settings menu it just continues to load and does not work.

wifi and bluetooth not working ios 17.4.1 on iPhone 15 Pro Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connections will not enable through control centre, or through the settings app. In control centre, the icons are greyed out and struck-through, when pressed they turn blue for a few moments and a prompt displays at the top of the screen "Wi-Fi/ Bluetooth connections enabled" However after a few seconds they return to the greyed out, struck-through state. In settings app, the on/off buttons can not be switched and the 'loading' wheel spins indefinitely. Things I have tried so far to resolve the issue: Forced Restarts Resetting Network settings Checked for updates, only available is the 17.5 Beta 3 which I'm hesitant to install beta software if the 'tried and tested' software is having these issues. Tried multiple wi-fi access points and bluetooth devices. Any help would be appreciated

iPhone 12 pro wifi and bluetooth greyed out After installing the latest update(16.4), wifi and bluetooth have been greyed out. I have tried resetting the network settings and hard resetting the whole phone but nothing. I can turn them on from control center, but it just loads for a few seconds and then goes back to grey. From settings I can't even turn wifi. Bluetooth I can, but it still acts the same as from control center meaning the indicator stays blue for few seconds and then turn's back to grey. I'm getting really desperate, please help.

Follow these steps, testing after each step:

Software Update.

Turn iPhone on or off.

Force Restart iPhone.
