imessage phone number change.

I have the same Iphone but i changed numbers. how do i deregister the old number without being able to receive the confirmation code.

Set up imessage and facetime on your iphone after change of number.

Settings, Messages, Turn off iMessage

Settings, Face Time, Turn off Face Time

Restart the phone.

Settings, Messages, Turn on iMessage, SMS, MMS

Settings, Messages, send & Receive, select your number which should now be there.

Settings, Face Time, Turn on Face Time
