A family member is traveling overseas - Korea - and has an eSIM and a nano SIM. The nano SIM is for a US based carrier so it is turned off while traveling. Sharing location in Find My and Messages is not working with eSIM - any suggestions?

eSIM or Physical SIM it must have Cellular Data for the internet. You do not need anything else.
However, the Location sharing isn't supported in South Korea and might be unavailable in other regions due to local laws.
