My phone when plugged in to charger keeps turning on on and off but no information as to why issue

My phone keeps beeping when I have charger plugged in. It

Seems like it is turning the charging on and off but no pop-up as to why issue is occurring. I have another fam Family member that has the same iPhone and when they plug that same charger in their phone it does not have this problem.

Is this a third-party charger or an Apple manufactured charger? Does this happen with a different charger?

Meanwhile, Try and Force Restart your iPhone EXACTLY as shown below and see whether that resolves the issue:

Press and quickly release Volume UP button
Press and quickly release Volume DOWN button
Press and Hold the SIDE button until an Apple logo appears and then release the Side button (Can take up to 20 seconds. (DO NOT release Side Button when invited to Slide Power OFF).
