My App Store and mail was not working

Some times app not working

Check iPhone type & iOS version -> Go to: Settings -> General -> About.

If it is an iPhone 6 -> iOS 12.5.5 is the last security updates for iPhone 6, -> released 23 september 2021, can’t be update to a higher iOS.

Most apps require iOS 13 or later.

If it is an iPhone 6S you can update the iPhone to iOS 15.6.1, see -> iPhone models compatible with iOS 15.6.1

Then go to: Settings -> General -> Software Update

You need about 6 GB device storage and good Service & Wi-Fi.

If they are On, turn Off Hotspot & VPN.
