Thank you for reaching out in Apple Support Communities. We understand you'd like to know if a recipient that receives funds from using Apple Cash can view the sender's full name via Apple Cash. We'll be happy to help.
A recipient cannot access the sender's full name when funds are received in Apple Cash. If the recipient has the sender's information stored in the Contacts app, then that will be the name they'll be able to see.
