why can't I open Great Eastern Life website with my ipad?

I had been logging in to Great Eastern Life website with my ipad occasionally for work via safari but suddenly couldn't open Great Eastern Life website since 2 days ago.


Safari prompted "server can not be found".


Tried many times and managed to login ONCE, yesterday, to download my MPOS App system but couldn't login to my downloaded MPOS App ...prompted "Check internet connection" while my ipad was connected to WIFI as I can open all other websites.


Then, could not login to Great Eastern Life website via safari again. Downloaded Google Chrome to open Great Eastern Life website but also could not open.


Please help.

Thanks very much for your kind suggestion. Have contacted Great Eastern Life already.


They advised to close all browsing histories, cookies in safari and google chrome, restart internet router and ipad.


Can login Great Eastern Life few hours later.
