What can I do?

It wants my password, then I have to report this nuisance.

Each and every time it does.

I will happily pay $5,000 to the first who can get me 60 days of hassle-free operation. I don't remember getting more than 7 days without ios goofing up.

Would this be your iPad lock-screen Passcode, or your AppleID Password? Something else?

When do you see the passcode/password challenge?

Can be fairly arbitrary.

Often trying to use my ipad or iphone at night.

Otherwise, first use in the morning.
