False transactions on my account

If you think your Apple ID has been compromised - Apple Support

Ask Apple for a refund once you are certain of your Apple ID being under your control.

Hello ~ Where did you see the transactions? If on your device you did the right thing and ask for a refund but if in your credit card or banking information call them ASAP for either of those may have been breached.
