Apple maps glitches while plugged into Carplay.

I have a problem where the apple maps or any other maps work fine on my iphone 13 pro but when I connect with a USB chord and start using Carplay the maps start to glitch. My car starts to float near the road and therefore starts rerouting me every 5 seconds. I have tried everything. I tested other phones, chords...I reset phone and I have taken it to the Ford dealer. Nothing helps. It was working great until about a month ago. Please advise!
