Apple constantly charges me with no way to cancel

Long time ago I started an Apple Music trial and forgot to cancel. I don’t have access to that Apple ID account anymore (I know login and password, but have lost my phone number so 2fa won’t work). Recently I got charged by Apple (6.99 eur which matches with Apple Music plan) and have no way to cancel. I have contacted my bank but they offered no help. The only thing I can do is to block internet banking hoping that at some point Apple will cancel the subscription and stop charging.

I have a few questions:

  1. Is there any way to contact Apple support using email (I don’t live in US or other country that has support via phone, Apple support app is not available in my region as well)?
  2. Can I get a refund if I have no access to Apple ID?
  3. How do I stop billing?
  4. Is there a grace period after which billing will stop?

iPhone 13 mini, iOS 15
