I use macbook pro and home pod mini, I noticed that when playing video from YouTube, other applications have a delay of 1-2 seconds
Video from youtube starts the video row then the sound appears
Video from third-party applications (such as Telegram) the sound lags 2 seconds
MacBook Pro and home pod mini has the latest version of the software
Perhaps there is a way to solve this problem

Sadly there doesn't appear to be a way to add a customizable offset for video in the browser, and there is nothing you can do prevent the lag in AirPlay. You can let Apple know via Feedback - macOS - Apple that you'd like them to make HomePod work better as an audio output for computer.

Checked the network settings - the devices are connected to the same network ( the same channel and frequency)
There are no restrictions on the router, apparently this is an old problem that has not yet been solved
