iTunes backup failing 'iPhone has disconnected'
Using the iTunes app for Windows 10.
Need to get this done because I'm having issues with my phone and Apple Support has requested I back my iPhone 13 Mini to iTunes.
Was able to backup my iPad but my iPhone keeps having problems.
iPhone is at the most recent iOS software: 15.6.1
I have deleted all previous backups, my phone is set to Airplane Mode, App Refresh has been turned off and it is in Low Battery Mode. These are all suggestions I found in previous conversation about this issue.
