Unable to reset Apple ID password
I have talked to support many times and told to wait a day and try to change my password. Now I wasa told 13 days what gives. The customer service guy said to try every 5 hours and not wait till the time they say. I have tried to set my password again and always is rejected. I have a case number but it sdeson't seem to matter. I have changed my passwrod many times but still doesnt matter. Help!
