Motor oil got into phone

I currently have an iPhone 12 Pro Max. At work today a technician I was working with accidentally sprayed oil all over the side of my pants and a pretty generous amount of oil got all inside the phone through the bottom ports such as the speaker microphone and charge port, and through the bezels as far as I could tell. The phone seems to be working ok however I don’t know if it’ll cause issues in the future or if there’s already some damage to the phone that I’m not aware of. Is there anything I need to do or what steps should I take from there? I’m just afraid of the phone shutting off and not turning back on as I use my phone for many things at work and home.
