Sticky Note in Finder Folder

I am looking for an app that will create a sticky which then can attach itself to a folder so you see its text when the folder opens, rather than having a "readme" in there which I then have to click to open, etc, very time consuming with my workflow as sometimes I have to browse 10 or more folders to find the note I want. Having a sticky note open with the folder window would really help.

I found a couple for Windows but is there any alternative for MacOS (Monterey)? The ones I found for Windows are::

Zhorn software https://www.zhornsoftware.co.uk/stickies/

and

Notezilla by Conceptworld https://www.conceptworld.com/Notezilla/

The Zhorn version seems lightweight, I wonder if something like this can be created using the built-in MacOs features?
