Can i determine data roaming consumption per application ?

Reset your statistics when you start roaming. Any data recorded that shows up under individual apps will be roaming.

Settings>Cellular>Reset Statistics (it's all the way at the bottom of the screen)

Mobile Data - General used 1.5GB on roaming I wasn’t on Low Data mode, only Medium, but General suddenly using 1.5GB of data in an hour has cost me a stupid amount of money Why isn’t there a function to ask the user when consuming excessive data when abroad?? And what is General even doing with that? Most apps were turned off in mobile services, as was background app refresh, and the most any one app used was 10-15MB
