The only way to fix it would be to replace it.

Batteries degrade over time with usage, that's just how they work.

You can expect about a 1% drop per month with average use on an iPhone.

Apple recommends replacing it when it reaches 80%. To check your battery health, go to Settings > Battery > Battery Health.

Normally a new battery showing 100% health is a good thing. But if this is older than 6 months or several years old and it's still showing 100%, there is a defect with the battery.

If this is the case, it would be best to take it to an Apple store or Apple authorized repair shop and have them look at it. They have tools that can diagnose a bad battery.
