iCloud Messaging to One Device

I have multiple iPads all signed into one iCloud account. Is it possible to send an iMessage or FaceTime to a single one of those iPads and not all of them at the same time?

Adding people to iMessage I just purchased the newest iPad Pro. (I also own an iPhone 11 and a MacBook Air.) In the past I’ve relied on my iPhone to send and receive messages on iMessage. Now I would like to use my iPad Pro as well. However, I’ve found I don’t know how to add recipients. It seems like this must be easy to do, but I haven’t found any guidance so far. Any ideas? (My iPad is not digitally equipped.) Thank you!

iMessage vs. MMS for a recipient on Android phone but who has an iPad I am having trouble sending text messages from my iPhone to a friend. The friend uses an Android phone but also has an iPad (with an Apple account connected to their email address). I used to have no problem sending texts (with photos) to their cell phone but they sent me a one-off message using iMessage from their iPad and now when I send text messages to them they only go through iMessage to their iPad, not their cell phone. I'd like to go back to the way it was before, so they get my texts on their phone. I know I can turn of iMessage and have all outgoing messages go through MMS but I don't want to lose iMessage features for other recipients.

Hello

Yes, this is possible. This is only possible if you associate different email addresses to each iPad, and FaceTime that email address. Hopefully that works. If not, you may want to shut off all of the other iPad’s so you can just FaceTime one.
