Problem with universal clipboard

It works from my macbook air to my iPhone 11 fine, however it doesn't work from my iPhone to my macbook. How can i resolve this?

Probably you are referring to continuity --> Use Handoff to continue tasks on your other devices

My problem is that continuity doesn’t work from iPhone to Mac. Copying something on iPhone doesn’t paste on Mac, but copying on Mac and pasting on iPhone works fine. Is this able to be resolved or is it just not possible
