I have a notice on my uncharged apple iPhone 12 mini :”support.apple.com/phone/restore.” I can connect to an HP laptop but I don’t have a MAC to connect to. Is that why nothing happens when I follow the first steps (Connect w/ cord to computer)? I cannot seem to charge my iPhone - it reads “support.apple.com/iPhone/restore ?? 13 Pro went into restore mode My 13pro went dead and I put it on the charger. I waited about a minute or two and tried to turn my phone back on but it showed the dead battery so I left it alone. About a few moments later I go again to try and turn my phone on, I see the apple, but they mu phone shows a computer and a charger to restore/support mode. Luckily I got my apple computer and plugged it in immediately. I pressed the button update mode and I wanted to know should I have done that, or should I have pressed restore mode?
