Weird pop up

whenever I’m just on my phone once in awhile I get a notification. I think it’s from the app Shazam (attached image down below of notification). But the issue is I don’t even have it downloaded nor have I even known an about called Shazam until 10 minutes ago. So how do I disable it, or who do I contact in order to fix this glitch, bug or whatever.
