The Health app is intrusive and not required. How do I remove?

you delete it the same way as other apps

Touch and Hold the Health app icon. Choose Delete app from the menu that opens up.

Didn’t work.
You may have Screen Time Restrictions set to ON.
Open Settings ➔ Screen Time ➔ Content & Privacy Restrictions ➔ iTunes & App Store Purchases ➔ Deleting Apps : Set this to ALLOW

You can’t I believe. It’s inbuilt presumably not to be deleted. It doesn’t appear on Apple’s able to be deleted list. It hangs in the library.
You're correct. It's not possible to remove it completely, however, you can remove it from your Home Screen.
What exactly is the issue with it?

It’s annoying as it has sprung into life. I don’t recall activating it but the alarm has gone off for the few nights (in the middle of the night)!
