hello. i want to clean up my gallery, but all photos and videos remain in icloud. what should I do to delete photos in the gallery, and they were deleted in icloud too?

Settings, [your name], iCloud
if Photos is turned on then deleting from the device will delete them in iCloud
If Photos is not turned on then you will need to sign into iCloud.com in Safari and edit photos there.
