Silent clicking on my trackpad

I own. a MacBook Pro 2013 with Big Sur. My husband has a MacBook Pro 2014 with Big Sur. I have silent clicking and he does not (on trackpad) I do not see the option under trackpad on either of our computers to silence it, but mine is silenced. How do I silence his? Somehow mine is silenced and that's what I want with his!

If the versions are the same exactly, the setting will be in the same locations on both. However, if the silent option is not available on one, the selection for silent clicking will likely not be present.

The silent clicking is not showing up on either macbook- yet mine is silent, and the other is NOT. It’s a mystery how. Need to figure this out
