Right replacement AirPod won't connect to my iPhone

My dog chewed up my airpod, and I got a new one today the technician told me to not open the case for 30 mins I did so as I arrived to the airport to catch my 6 hour flight from Orlando to Seattle my AirPods would not connect, I have done everything that I can think of they connect and then disconnect and continue to do the same thing. Very disappointed right now my phone is updated to IOS 15 and is fine I used these AirPods 3 weeks ago and they worked fine(yes I did use one AirPods due to my dog chewing the other one) if someone can help me with this problem that would be great thank you!
