My iBooks keep crashing and all .pdf’s disappearing. Why?

My iPad Pro is up to date with everything.

I tried everything to fix the iBook crashing on me.

what can I do to get this to stop crashing?

I have 1,145 pdf’s. Mostly sheet music.

is there another program I can put all my pdf’s onto my iPad?

If not offload the app and download it.

Did that and it still didn't fix it.

But have another question. I shut iCloud drive off and everything is gone.

I want to put all 1,450 PDFs on my iPad without using iCloud.

What's the best way to do this?
