There is a black spot on my screen. Can i fix it? It might be water damage

If the phone tests positive for water damage, Apple won't service it. The entire phone will need to be replaced. And water damage is not covered by iPhone warranty.

Only Apple can give you options. Schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar for evaluation and options.
