Using gift card and asking for tax free

Hi, I am resident in the UK but on vacation in France. I have a gift card for the apple store so I want to use it when buying an iphone and asking for tax free, is that possible?

Dose apple provide 'Apple Gift Card' in singapore? Not the 'App Store & iTunes Gift Card' To buy a 'App Store & iTunes Gift Card' for singapore it will redirect to itunes store of singapore but I don't have a valid payment method for it. But the 'Apple Gift Card' As it provides in us, I can just buy it on the website as a guest and it will be emailed to my friend

No, as far as I know the gift card is only good in country in which your purchased it.
