Beats fit pro

Find my app doesnt do anything? What is the logic behind this app for fit pro? it does not show location or play sound. Fit pros case has to be open to get connected and this not logical.. because its forgetten somewhere so the case will not open itself… waiting answers thanks…

Beats Fit Pro case is flashing red only My case has stopped charging. It won’t reset (holding the button for ~15 seconds until the light flashes red and white). It won’t connect to an up to date iPhone. When I press the case button the red light flashes and then stops after a couple of seconds. The same happens if I hold the button for 5 seconds, 15 seconds and longer. can anyone advise how to rest the case and reconnect to my iPhone? TIA
