Unknown charge for $100
I was charged for $100 and the description says "DEBIT CARD AUTHORIZATION APPLE.COM/US", why was I charged?

No one here can tell you; we are your fellow end users with no more access to Apple records than you.
The Apple article that lafeef links shows how to check your Apple purchase history. If that does not show the charge, and based on our personal experience, I recommend getting your card issuer in the loop ASAP.
