With this news coming out, my phone was hacked. How do I solve this issue?

By hack, if you mean remotely controlling or monitoring your device, then...
Keep the iPhone updated to the latest iOS always and never Jailbreak. That's it.
iOS / iPadOS devices cannot be hacked or infected with Virus / Malware / Spyware if it is updated to the latest iOS/iPadOS unless you have intentionally downloaded spurious software or unauthorized apps directly from the internet and installed them on your device or/and have Jailbroken.
It (Hacking) also depends on how careful are you in sharing sensitive and valuable information pertaining to your iPhone such as Passcode, Password, etc with your friends and family members.

How do you know that? What symptoms are you seeing that lead you to that conclusion?

Also my emails have been compromised. Not until recently I finally have control of these accounts.
You will need to work with each email provider. Your email can be compromised without your hardware being hacked.
Now I have no control of Facebook.
I'd argue that you never did but that's a whole other issue. Again, the fact that someone has access to your FB account is more evidence that you've had passwords and logins compromised. But that has nothing to do with your iPhone.
Unless you had jailbroken your device, or handed it to someone for an extended period of time, no one has hacked your device. Someone may have gotten into your Apple ID account if your password was reused or easily guessed and you did not have 2FA turned on.

That is good advice. But I am not sure how it was done. All I know that this person had gotten into my IMEI and encoded a tracker. Since I cannot change my code(IMEI), illegal to do. That also affected my emails, my banking and had access to order things from apple(software). BTW apple had closed my ability to download apps. Because of this.
