When I connect to new password-protected network, eduroam network pops up and I can’t delete it

My usual use case is to connect to new wifi network via Control Center (screen 1). While I'm doing it, new window pops up, where I should write password. But somehow in the window noticed that Im going to connect to "eduroam" network instead of chosen one (screen 2). It always occurs, no matter am I in range of "eduroam" network or not.

Also while I cancel that connection, "eduroam" network is shown in my network list, but when I open it`s settings, there is no such option to forget it.

Please, help me. This little thing stressed me out for more than two years.

What is shown in the 1st image is the SSID. The eduroam is the internet/network provider.

ry removing the network and re-adding it: Remove and re-add eduroam on your device. Restart your device. Check your wireless setting: Verify that your device's wireless capability is on. If you're a Mac user: Make sure eduroam is your preferred network.
