Someone has gifted me a iphone 13 mini on my birthday 10 days ago... but the size is too small to use... i can't type something easily.. can i upgrade it to iphone 13

Please contact the person who gifted the 13 mini to you and ask for a receipt. Hopefully you are within the return window to return it. Then, as Elysios suggested, you can then purchase the iPhone 13.
