Keyboard language is not always available for dictation

Keyboard language is not always available for dictation.

An earlier thread noted that not all languages are supported for dictation, even though they may be supported as a keyboard language.

The article in question suggested posting feedback to Apple to indicate the desire for this. But there is no category on the Feedback site that would lend itself to this type of submission. Can you break it down a little farther, and suggest a category where this type of suggestion might be appropriate? I’m just not seeing one. Thank you.
