Typing Problem

I have an iPhone 13. When I type (whether for email or text), the cursor move erratically, often dropping down into the prior correspondence. It also without warning switches from lower to upper case. Is the problem with the screen? Or my clumsy fingers?

If you're sure that nothing (cover or screen protector) interferes with your touch screen (should be this case, remove them), since your iPhone is still covered by warranty, for your peace of mind I suggest that you make an appointment (*) and have your device inspected at an Apple Store or AASP (Apple Authorized Service Provider) among this list:--> Apple – Location Selector. After checking it out, they'll give you all the available options.
