Monterey Upgrade

MacOS Monterey is not upgrading for me. I have gone through the usual processes but a minute into upgrading, I get a message which says upgrade denied. Does anyone have a solution?

That was the exact message, "upgrade denied"?

Try while in Safe Mode.
