RoboKiller can be uninstalled just like any other app. You can do it like this:
Remove apps from iPhone – Apple Support (UK)
That actually is not true. Robokiller redirects your phone calls to their website, and it then forwards the non-spam calls to your phone. If you just delete the app you will no longer get your phone calls. You need to disable the forwarding BEFORE you delete the app; it you don’t it becomes a real pain to disable the forwarding feature.

True! I was assuming RoboKiller was already disabled.

Users generally assume (quite reasonably) that deleting an app disables it completely; Robokiller is one of the few exceptions. But the other common, mistaken belief is that deleting an app cancels any subscriptions associated with it. But if you don’t separately cancel the app subscription you will keep being charged for it. Apple fairly recently added a reminder to cancel a subscription when you delete an app that has an Apple managed subscription, but it’s easy to ignore. This still doesn’t address subscriptions that were made with the app provider’s website rather than the App Store, such as Netflix or Disney.
Great question! And here’s what I hope is a great answer→Disable Robokiller-Robokiller Support
