How do I remove the “water drop” feature from the top of the face of my watch. I touched that feature by mistake and now it will not let me do anything else on my watch until it’s removed. I think it is to remove water from the watch after you get it wet.

Your Watch is in Water mode. Turn the crown so it says "unlocked" on the screen and a sound plays.
