Activity goal on Apple watch

I cannot get rid of a yellow goal on my outdoor walking. ( I didn’t put in the :28 min in the first place!) I tried the suggestion online but the yellow goal time still remains.

My apple watch takes my ride on a motorcycle as cycling workout. How to turn off it or correct it? My apple watch takes my ride on a motorcycle as cycling workout. It adds the minutes to my exercise ring. I get notification after some time for wether I am cycling or not. If i cancel, then exercise ring wont be affected, but move ring goes on. How to turn this off ?
