Apple iPhone/iPad storage is the worst thing in the world!

It sounds like you either need to start deleting files, music, etc. on your iPhone. Or purchase more iCloud storage. To do this:

1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iCloud > Manage Storage or iCloud Storage.
2. Tap Buy More Storage or Change Storage Plan.
3. Choose a plan and follow the onscreen instructions.

You are not speaking with Apple. We are all users on this user to user only forum. We cannot update your settings, nor remove any iPad Storage.

Perhaps tell us exactly what issues you are having and we may be able to help you. Otherwise, you can schedule an appointment at your Apple Store Genius Bar and get help from Apple directly.

Well that tells us nothing. And being mad at other users on a user to user only forum, won't get you much help either.
