Random user named carroll on computer

Hi! I have a random user folder on my computer named carroll. I looked it up recently and other people have seen the same thing on their computer and they think it’s from zoom. I’ve used zoom before for college but I just noticed the folder a little while ago and I haven’t used zoom recently so I’m not sure if zoom is the cause of it or not. I don’t know much about computers so I’m not sure what’s in it but after constantly clicking through it I came across something that said x86_64 and there’s a bunch of blank files that I can’t open. Also, it’s just a folder, there isn’t an actual user on my computer named Carroll.   I’m not too worried I’m just curious about what it is. My Mac is fairly old and the version is 10.13.6 High Sierra.

Mac Pro, macOS 10.13
