App back up new phone
I recently got a new phone and did not migrate data from one phone to the other. I need to access my iCloud back up on new phone. Specifically with 1password and Turboscan

My advice, assuming you still have the old phone, is to wipe the new one and do the transfer properly with Quick Start, or accept the offer to restore your iCloud backup during setup.
Either way you need to erase all content and settings on the NEW one and set it up again from Hello screen
