I got AirPods off offer up near college Where I work but now it’s saying I’m being tracked and it’s freaking me out when I got The AirPods the guy said the case broke so I had to buy my own and I finally got them I started able to charge them they were fine but then it starts saying I’m being tracked

Return it and get your money back, then buy one from an authorized Apple retailer.
